Casino Queen is anchored in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. There are 150 bedrooms and 7 suites available at the gambling den. The gambling den coverstwenty-seven thousand five hundred square feet and presents many features. Aside from gambling, Casino Queen presents a 2,500 passenger river boat, a 140 spot trailer campground and effortless access to MetroLink light-train station.
