I have been gambling online or at brick and mortar casinos for a good many years. I have been taught, the fixation can grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it up till you are broke. Especially if you are on a run. I have been through countless hundreds of dollars in just a short period of time and at times, I still go too far. It seems you are just enjoying yourself until you choose to contemplate your squanderings and the blame sets in, and then you continue telling yourself "I can likely win it back" ad nauseam. It does not work. Then you get icky in your gut and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you lose.
When you find that you are up, Remain on the UP! When you begin to throw away, don’t inform yourself, "well just 1 more" over and over again, trust me, this plan RARELY ever works. Say you are gambling on slot machine games, have a pot separate before beginning your play. DO NOT exceed this limit, regardless of how tempting. If you happen to profit, put that in an alternate pot. Do not spend your earnings no matter what. After you have played through your initial predetermined limit, stop. Back off, regardless if it’s on the internet or in a brick and mortar casino, do not stay around. Always remember, there no doubt will be other days, another time. Clearly, this method is able to work for any casino game that you wager on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, twenty-one or any other casino game.
Remember, gambling is supposed to be delightful not backbreaking, sickening work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you cannot afford the loss, do not even begin.
