Don’t Drink … Play!
If you enjoy having a a beer every now and then, leave your money at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your handbag, your billfold, and keep all money, charge cards and checks out of the casino. Pack only the money you intend to use on refreshments, tipping and few dollars you anticipate to throw away and leave the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not by any means. Just realistic. You may well have a win after a inebriated night out with your comrades and be blessed sufficiently to hook a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps game. Hang on to that story because it’s as brief as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and bet. The pair simply don’t mix.
Keeping your moola out of the casino is a tiny bit drastic, but preventative actions for excessive actions is essential. If you bet to profit, then do not drink and play. If you are able to afford to burn your $$$$ nary a worry, then drink all the free alcohol your stomach can handle, but do not carry credit cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your bombed brain squanders everything!
Permit me to carry this one step more. do not drink and then head on to the internet to gamble in your favorite online casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the comfort of my house, but because I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.
Why? Although I don’t drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s definitely enough to cloud my common sense. I bet, so I do not drink when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. The two mix up for a dangerous, and costly, drink.
